Glen Pritchard, Esquire

Doctor

Attorney Glen Pritchard focuses his practice to complex legal matters involving personal injury, insurance law, and products liability.

Obtaining a large verdict for a client is as useful unless you can collect on it. Often, that means litigation against insurance companies about whether insurance will cover the loss. Such cases are usually appealed; however, Attorney Pritchard has argued cases in nearly every Court of Appeals in Ohio, including the Ohio Supreme Court.

A highly sought after speaker on topics of insurance law, tort reform, and the use of technology by lawyers, Glen Pritchard enjoys the many intellectual challenges associated with representing seriously injured people.

"People come to us with so many unanswered question", says Attorney Pritchard. "Should I give a statement to the insurance company, is the offer for my totaled car fair, why has my health insurance company contacted me about my injury claim. Having answers to those questions brings peace of mind to my clients. I take great pleasure in bringing calm to people in times of crisis."

A dedicated teacher, Glen Pritchard is devoted to sharing his knowledge in the classroom; he has presented more than 100 continuing legal education seminars to lawyers throughout Ohio. Attorney Pritchard is also an adjunct instructor at the Capital University Law School where he teaches paralegal students how to make the best use of the Internet for the practice of law.
