On Monday night a car and a truck crashed in Marion County. This Ohio car truck accident happened on Route 98 shortly after 5:45 p.m.
The initial investigation indicates that the car driven by 30 year old Scott A. Dauchenbaugh went left of the center line and hit the tanker head on. The truck was driven by 36 year old Timothy A. Grant. Mr. Dauchenbaugh was declared dead at the scene of the accident. Mr. Grant was taken to Marion General Hospital with injuries.
The Ohio State Patrol is continuing its investigation of this accident.
