Andrew List, Esquire

Since 1996, Attorney Andrew List has been Ohio's leading nursing home abuse lawyer after obtaining one of the largest jury awards against a nursing home operator. Since then, he has helped many families whose loved ones have died as a result of nursing home neglect or abuse in a long-term care facility.

Attorney List is admitted to practice in all of Ohio's trial courts, both at the state and federal level. He has also been admitted to the United States Supreme Court and trial courts outside Ohio, serving as trial counsel for lawyers who request assistance in bringing complex cases before judges and juries.

Andrew List has represented hundreds of patients who suffered heart attacks or strokes, after taking Vioxx or Bextra. He also represents children suffering from catastrophic injury as a result of antidepressant medications, including Paxil.

Attorney List represents many victims who have suffered injury or death from defective heart devices and defibrillator litigation. Cases with his involvement are pending in both state and federal courts in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Minnesota.

In the early 1990s, he represented dozens of victims who suffered serious burns caused by defective coolant systems in Renault automobiles.
